Five Simple Vehicle Checks with Graham Cahill

No matter where he’s travelling around Australia, or what he’s travelling in, Graham Cahill takes a couple of minutes out of his day to carry out a basic vehicle check.

You don’t need to be a mechanic to inspect your vehicle, you simply need to be vigilant.

Graham suggests you look at the following when conducting a vehicle check:

1. Oil and fluid levels.

2. Inside the engine, watching out for drip or moisture marks that indicate something’s leaking.

3. All hoses, making sure they are tight.

4. Inside the engine bay, checking that everything is in the right place.

5. The windscreen, giving it a quick hose down to ensure it’s nice and clean.

Conducting these regular checks will ensure any issues or changes to your vehicle are addressed sooner rather than later – saving you time, money and keeping you safer on the road.
