The national network of Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto recently opened its 200th store and continues to focus on delivering transparent, expert advice and going above and beyond for customers, living up to the ‘Go with Confidence’ tagline.
A key part of this customer promise is the use of Bridgestone Tech Check, which sees customers receive a 60-second video via SMS directly from the technician working on their car, showing them an expert’s viewpoint on what needs repairing now, and what can wait.
